I believe I have found a hidden gem in Syracuse. I have been searching for a hairstylist to meet all of my needs and I just hadn’t found one until I scoured the local forums and came across this salon. Here is my rambling if you love review as much as I do. I walked in to see the vibe and immediately booked an appointment after speaking with the owner for a bit. I am a curly girl who just found out I’m naturally curly about a year ago (I’ve been straightening what I thought was “unruly” straight hair for 25 years) and there are 2 girls there that specialize in curly hair. My hairdresser was Mary and I instantly melted the moment I met her. She is the sweetest, kindest, most patient girl. Mary took the time to go through my old photos to see my hair in the past, she listened to me and she heard me. She didn’t rush through anything, she was thorough and amazing. She literally gave me the best haircut I’ve had in my life and I’m so excited for the new one. I feel like her and I are going to grow together and I cannot wait to see what hairstyles she can come up with. I’m telling you, I met so many of these girls while I was there and they have it all. This is the place and I’m picky.
